A glimpse at a small part of the flower collection.

A glimpse at a small part of the flower collection.

My friend, colleague and business partner Linda, and I did flowers for a wedding this past weekend. We provide floral design services through our business Rooms in Bloom (but officially the Planning Group).

The bride wanted her bouquet in the warm part of the color spectrum: reds, oranges, yellows although the overall color theme of the wedding was fairly flexible as the wedding took place on a farm and the flowers were meant to be informal.  Dahlias, which I love, are totally in season here so we used them with abandon.

Here’s a small visual documentary of some of the pieces we did.
